Make yourself a cup of fresh coffee in the bean-to-cup machine and perch on a bar stool to enjoy it.

Find you have a useful utility room, with a chest freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Head through to the grand dining room to set the table for your lavish meal, opening the French doors in here too on warm days.

Five of your impressive bedrooms are also at ground-floor level.

These include one with twin sleigh beds, doors to a courtyard garden, and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Another bedroom features a king-size four-poster bed and has also doors to the garden.

There is a shower room nearby, with a shower cubicle and WC.

The third bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite WC.

Another king-size room with doors to the courtyard garden, and a double bedroom are also downstairs, together with a family bathroom with bath, shower, WC and heated towel rail.

Head up to the first floor to find a landing area, where you can sit and look out over the pond.

There is also a king-size bedroom here, with a vaulted and beamed ceiling and Juliet balcony, plus an en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Also on the first floor is another twin room, with a gorgeous vaulted and beamed ceiling.

There are pond views from this bedroom and it also features an en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath, handheld shower and WC. All the bedrooms have Smart TVs and hairdryers.

Savour the incredible outside space at this unique retreat. Dine out on the Italianate terrace, light the BBQ or cook supper in the pizza oven on fine days.

Sit out by the uncovered pond, supervising children at all times.

Bubble in the hot tub (at a charge of £150 per week) explore the 33 acres of grassland areas and watch the youngsters play on the lawn.

Play tennis on the owner’s court, with racquets and balls, supplied.

There is parking at the barn for at least five cars.
