About this home
The open-concept living-dining-kitchen area on the ground floor feels innately sociable and the addition of a foosball table is sure to see things get competitive at one point or another.
The living area is furnished with cosy sofas to seat all the family..
The well equipped kitchen is perfect for those meals or communal breakfast.
There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the ground floor and all four bedrooms have king sized beds, with two of them having double sofa beds.
The bathrooms are modern and two bedrooms have en suites and then there is a further bathroom all with lovely fittings
Outside, the alfresco seating on the terrace is ideal for languourous summer suppers, while the hot tub is another option in which to sit around and shoot the breeze.
Add to that a lawn big enough for games, and you can see where the warmer months will be spent here.

Good to know
The town of Cromer and its beach take no more than five minutes to reach in the car. In the other direction, Felbrigg Hall and Gardens can be reached in a similar amount of time, the perfect location.
