This Georgian townhouse is located in the centre of Wells-next-the-Sea on the North Norfolk coastline. Just a two-minute walk to the harbour and a twenty-minute walk to the beach, it’s a perfect spot for exploring. Featuring an original walled garden area alongside a patio terrace, guests can enjoy alfresco dining in the sun. And with one bathroom per bedroom, the whole group gets their own piece of privacy, plus impressive views across the coast from Holkham to Stiffkey from the bedrooms. The rest of the home presents a sociable setup as you’ll find a games room, basement cinema room, formal dining area and plenty of lounge seating.

Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there’s dedicated parking on the premises for four cars.. A complimentary welcome hamper is included here.. Housekeeping is included for stays of eight days or more. . If you’re travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You’ll need to request them in advance. Please note no stair gate is provided due to the width of the stairs.. The wifi connection is not strong enough for business use, so it might be worth bringing a personal hotspot.
