A well-equipped kitchen/diner opens on to a light and airy sitting room with a door leading to the sunny, fully-enclosed garden, perfect your early morning coffee and croissant and secure for both children and pooches to play safely.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a 19th Century French king-size bed, beautifully reupholstered, and the other with two singles, and a family shower room with a large, luxurious walk-in shower.

Pond Cottage offers the opportunity to spend quality time away together in a fabulous cottage in a great location; in the heart of the village, a stroll from The Pigs, renowned for its local British food, and only minutes by road from the bustling Georgian market town of Holt and less than half an hour from the many stunning blue flag beaches along the North Norfolk coast, an area of Outstanding Beauty.
