The first bedroom is a spacious super-king-size with a view across the marshes to the sea, the second bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, which can be converted into twin 3ft beds on request, and the third bedroom has full-size bunk beds.

You will also find an additional WC on this floor.

To the front of the cottage is a fully enclosed, spacious courtyard garden with a table and chairs.

It also has the novel advantage of a warm, outdoor shower, perfect for showering off after sandy days at the beach.

To the rear of the house is a second courtyard garden, also with a table and chairs.

There is no private parking at the cottage but there is the option of on-street parking.

A pay and display car park can be found at Coronation Car Park (80 metres) and the Quayside Car Park is free to National Trust members.

There is a also a free car park at the Village hall which is approx 400m from the property.
