This beautiful traditional brick and flint home has been extensively modernised with top quality fixtures, fittings and furnishings, underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and beautiful bathrooms.
A well-equipped kitchen with two ovens – one a duel fuel Rangemaster – and a Nespresso coffee machine opens out into a large open-plan dining room.
A gorgeous sunny sitting room, with wood burning stove, spills onto the entertainment terrace and into an enclosed garden – ideal to keep children and your four-legged friends safe – and is a short hop over to the games room and office, complete with sofa, Smart TV, pool and table tennis tables, air hockey and desk with home working space for two.
The first floor has four bedrooms: the master with a zip and link king size bed and en-suite shower, a further king size bed and two 3′ singles plus a family bathroom with bath and shower over.
Enclosed large garden all around the house, with a terrace garden and entertainment area with garden furniture and log fuelled pizza oven/ barbecue.
There is parking for four cars in the driveway.
With two bicycles available for your use (and plenty of room to store your own!) you’ll be able to nip into Holt for a spot of shopping or explore Holt’s own 100-acre Country Park and nearby Kelling Heath, with its pretty woodland trails.
