Constructed from brick and flint in around 1850, Hayloft formed one of a small cluster of farm buildings.

It now showcases its natural features and character alongside superb craftwork, high tech features, luxurious fixtures and fittings, and very subtle styling throughout, highlighted by funky light fittings and striking artworks.

The adjacent dining area looks out to the garden and fields beyond, and has sliding doors to open and bring the warmth and outside in.

Next door to the kitchen is a handy utility with a side door to the outer courtyard.

The sitting room has a very relaxing, comfortable vibe and encourages after dinner conversation and settling down to watch a film, with the option to light the wood burning stove to really enjoy a cosy ‘night-in’ during cooler months, and sliding doors to open in warmer ones.

The enclosed hard landscaped courtyard, with planted troughs and pots, has an under cover area where you can enjoy outdoor dining when the sun is high in a big blue Norfolk sky, and maybe cook some local produce on the gas barbecue.

Alternatively you can take a coffee and a seat on a comfy chair and enjoy the distant view across the lawn to the fields at the other side of the barn.
