Just a two minute walk away is one of the most iconic sights of the county, Wells-next-the-Sea’s bustling, picturesque Quay, whose raised sea defence heads out to the sea and the town’s glorious sandy beach.

Beautifully presented comfortable accommodation that has a relaxed, easy-on-the-eye, style from top to bottom.

On the ground floor you will find a sociable open-plan well-equipped kitchen with dining area that shares a double-sided wood burning stove with the sitting room next door, accessed from an open doorway to one side of the room.

There’s a shower room on this level as well, just off the entrance hall.

Up the stairs on the first floor are three bedrooms (a king-size and two twin bedded rooms; one with full-size 3′ single beds, and the other with 2’6″ beds), all complemented by a family bathroom that has a large walk-in wet room style shower, as well as a bath, covering all guest preferences.

Both bathrooms enjoy the luxury of underfloor heating.

Outside the cottage has a small, courtyard garden, shared with the parking area.

Here there is a bistro table with seating and a bench.

Just the place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or snack, while you watch the world go by.
