With its open plan living area, it is the perfect place for socialising for a family, couples or a group of friends looking for a coastal escape.

Located on a private road you will find it a really peaceful place to relax after a day out on the vast sandy beach at Old Hunstanton, (only a 5-minute stroll away), or after exploring one of the many other attractions that Norfolk has to offer.

For the golfing enthusiasts, you are a walk away from the fabulous Hunstanton Golf Club with its stunning seaside Links course, and after a bracing round of golf you can satisfy your appetite and thirst at one of two local pubs or the Michelin starred restaurant (The Neptune), which are only a stone’s throw away.

The gardens are private and enclosed by fencing to the rear and mature hedging and a gate to the front, garden furniture, barbecue.

Parking in the driveway for two cars or one car and a boat.

Please note: Bramley sleeps four, but for a larger group, there is also the option of sleeping an extra 2 people on a good quality double sofa bed in the Sitting room. (There is an additional charge of £100 for this option – please request on booking).
