This level of the house enjoys luxurious underfloor heating, so going barefoot is just fine.

Arriving at the top of the stairs an impressive open-plan kitchen/dining/living room with a glass galleried balustrade greets you; a lovely light and bright space with triple aspect windows allowing the light to flood in, even on the dullest of days.

The kitchen, with its dark blue shaker-style units and quartz worktops, is well-equipped and very user-friendly, and incorporates a small dining area, where the higher table and chairs with padded seating allows diners to take in the window views.

When it’s time to relax, the seating area is well provided with sofas and an armchair set around a widescreen Smart television and a cool looking wood burning stove to light when you feel the need for some extra warmth.

Outside, the house has the benefit of a private, fully enclosed paved courtyard garden furnished with outdoor seating and the option of a heater for when the days turn cooler.
